As part of the Biofuels and Electric Hub project, led by Scania, these “clinics” are designed as deep-dive immersion sessions. They provide a space to explore the energy alternatives available in Brazil for the low-carbon transition of road transport. Through discussions, knowledge sharing, presentations of successful case studies with special guest appearances by renowned specialists, and technical visits, the initiative is building bridges towards a net-zero future in road freight and passenger transport.
The goal of this initiative is to engage sustainability, procurement, and logistics teams within companies, preparing them to make strategic decisions in their transition to low-carbon technologies.
Two clinics have already been held: one on Biomethane at Scania’s headquarters and another on Electrification at Volkswagen’s headquarters. These attracted a total of 152 participants. Three more meetings are scheduled for the first half of 2025.
